Customer Success Manager

About this job

As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll partner closely with the Sales team, and cross-functional partners, to create the best possible value, and ongoing return for our customers. The CSM will act as the key point of contact for all product and campaign related questions, escalations, and ongoing engagement.

Your responsibilities

  • Driving customer engagement across our global account base by applying data driven, product and industry expertise

  • Deploying, optimizing, and maintaining all job advertising campaigns

  • Tracking and measuring campaign performance and reporting outcomes to customers during operational and quarterly business reviews

  • Actively identifying commercial opportunities to support account renewal and expansion

  • Thought leadership: keep up to date with developments in Wonderkind’s technology and industry knowledge

Your qualifications

  • Mininum 2 to 3 years in a customer facing role OR Minimum 2 to 3 years experience within HR or Talent Acquisition 

  • HRM, Marketing, Business Graduate or equivalent

  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and employer branding space is vital

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (Be aware that although we are a Dutch company - we speak English here!) Additional languages are always a huge benefit (especially German). 

  • The right attitude! We work in startup environment - we have a lot of fun here - but not always easy working within a fast-paced changing environment

Working closely with Sales, and cross-functional partners, we think openly and innovatively about how we can improve on what we do and the ways in which we can drive one another other forward.
