As our Customer Success Manager (CSM), you’ll partner closely with the Sales team, and cross-functional partners, to create the best possible value, and ongoing return for our customers. The CSM will act as the key point of contact for all product and campaign related questions, escalations, and ongoing engagement.
Driving customer engagement for Wonderkind across our global account base by applying data driven, product and industry expertise
Deploying, optimizing, and maintaining all job advertising campaigns attached to your accounts
Tracking and measuring campaign performance and reporting outcomes to customers during operational and quarterly business reviews
Actively identifying commercial opportunities to support account renewal and expansion
Thought leadership: keep up to date with developments in Wonderkind’s technology and our industry knowledge to drive customer engagement
1 to 3 years of online marketing and / or advertising agency experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent
Knowledge of talent acquisition and employer branding space is a huge plus
Excellent project management and organisational skills
