The Customer Success Manager (CSM) partners closely with the Sales team and cross-functional partners to create the best possible value and ongoing return for our Customers using the Wonderkind Suite. The CSM will act as the key point of contact for all product and campaign related questions, escalations and ongoing engagement.
Customer Success is a data driven team always looking at how our Customers can gain more value from the Wonderkind solution. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional partners, we think openly and innovatively at how we can improve on what we do and the ways in which we can drive one another other forward.
