Wonderkind is seeking an experienced Senior Product/ UX/UI Designer to join our team

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in validating design solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods, rapid prototyping, and Figma proficiency.

As a Senior Product/ UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with our team to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.

What you'll do

• Use a systematic approach to design and create high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.

• Validate design solutions through user testing, A/B testing, and other qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.

• Communicate complex design concepts in a clear and concise manner to the team.

• Maintain all UX/IA templates, documentation, assets, personas, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned projects.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

• Willingness to engage with clients and end users to understand requirements and needs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on rapid prototyping and user testing.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final design solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in SaaS applications design and user experience thinking.

• Experience in leading Scrum/Agile and sprints.

• Be proactive, show ownership and a high degree of self-initiative.
