Wonderkind is scaling -up, growing at an exceptional rate.   As our portfolio of Customers is growing in numbers and in size, we are looking for a passionate, determined and driven Team Lead customer Success to create a high performing team and customer-focused strategy to support this growth.  

It's our absolute priority to ensure that our customers are able to get the maximum value from our product so we're looking for your expert knowledge of Customer Success to help us go beyond their expectations. You will also coach and develop a team of knowledgeable and devoted team players to realise your vision and become a top performing team focusing on customer retention and growth

What you'll do:

  • Own the engagement, retention, and growth of our customer base, specifically: forecasting, and strategies to help the team meet its Customer Satisfaction and retention goals.

  • Implement optimized Customer Success and Support processes to increase Customer satisfaction.

  • Hire, coach and develop a group of Customer Success and Support Managers.

  • Partner with the Leadership team on the greater vision and strategy for the Customer Success team, proactively identifying areas for innovation and improvement to help drive significant and sustained year-over-year growth

  • Create value and success for Wonderkind’s Customers through product adoption and education.

  • Nurture strong internal relationships across Sales, Support, Product, and other departments to drive Customer Success

  • Set strategic Customer Success goals and KPIs, track them and share them with your team and stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

  • Develop and execute a strategic Customer Success plan and report into the CCO on the progress and making forecasts for the upcoming timeframe on churn risks and upselling opportunities.
