About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in developing business in the UK and Benelux markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our cutting-edge talent attraction technology. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities from prospecting through to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and lead generation efforts.
Close new business by identifying partners who are willing to invest in our software and training.
Manage 50 - 80 prospect relationships and build a sales pipeline by nurturing your partners to exceed sales goals.
Dissect partner’s business goals and help them come up with an improved plan for achieving them.
Become an expert at presenting how Wonderkind's software can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business.
Develop a long-term successful strategy for your book of business and report into the Team Lead Acquisition on the pipeline progress and make accurate annual and quarterly forecasts.
Contribute to optimize quality and scalability in all areas of the sales process
Bring your strategic thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
Job requirements
Required Competences:
Growth Mindset: Curious, data-driven, and eager to learn and develop
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in new business development, entering new market or sector or introducing a new product within a saas company.
Prospecting Excellence: Skilled in lead generation with proven success in closing deals.
Strategic Acumen: Understand how to identify and engage ideal target profiles.
Goal-Driven: Strong organizational skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Communication: Excellent at active listening with a consultative approach.
Self-Starter: Works well independently and as part of a team.
